The agri-food industry faces two major challenges: 1) traditional protein will continue to be in demand as part of a balanced diet, although the industry needs to explore the texturing segment to adapt the offer 2) generalize the consumption of alternative proteins to face the future challenge of protein supply to a population that does not stop growing. For this, we have to build an offer with rich, competitive products, with high nutritional density and in line with sustainability and demand... and with a margin. We are going to talk about how, with what, with whom, but above all, we are going to see it, touch it and taste it.
